I'm not able to phone or text using my phone. # ***-***-****

  • try restarting your phone. if it still isn't working after a couple hours, try contacting fizz

    You are not alone. Others today have mentioned issue with SMS and possibly calling as well.

     

    Check the usual possible problem areas:

    - Fizz account is okay, plan is active in good standing?

    - Restart phone. Try enabling airplane mode, wait 1 min, then disable.

    - Is mobile data working?

     

    If you cannot resolve the issue, you can contact Fizz support.

    Same for me. I contacted Fizz and they gave me a lot of vague answers. This is beyond unacceptable

    Verify to see if your plan still have minutes and text or it has been changed
