Why Fizz charged me $0.76 ?

My bank notified me that Fizz charged me a fee of $0.76 , for which I didn't do anything. The next payment for my mobile plan is coming tomorrow, I don't understand what is this for, I didn't see any notification from Fizz.

Brian, go to your account and choose My Plans (upper left), then Transaction History (upper right)

Fizz charge e911 for QC phone numbers, but it's not 0.76. It's better you chat with Fizz "support" and ask. They're not helpful but sometime times you may have better luck.
