Hello Fizz team.
I know this might be a long shot but I currently subscribed to the 60Mbps plan at $35 because I got in early. I was wondering if you will let me upgrade to the 120Mbps plan but at the beta price of $45? At the time I didn't think much of it but realized afterwards I should have gotten the $45 plan instead.
Anyways, I think Fizz is awesome, I already referred a bunch of people to join you guys and they all love it.
If you can upgrade me to the 120Mbps at $45 then great! If not then I'll just keep my 60Mbps plan for $35.
Thanks a million.

There are no beta price for internet, whatever is the price right now is the price you will get16

You can always try reaching tech support and see if they will give you the old pricing for the 120g12

You can always chat with a Fizz support rep and try convincing Fizz to give you back the old beta price. But I doubt the support rep can do much, they always said....will create a ticket for you for the proper department and you will get a reply from email.......9

I think you'll keep your 60Mbps plan for $35.
There's a reason why it's called beta pricing.

How long will I have access to beta prices?
To thank you for supporting us from the very beginning, you will keep your beta price for as long as you keep your current plan. Do not change your plan once the beta period ends; if you do, current prices will apply.

@Mike I thin it only refers to Mobile plans not internet plans7

The information that Mike posted is quite old, when Fizz internet was launched, also you can read this in that page
To take advantage of the beta prices, you must subscribe to our Home internet service no later than this Wednesday, March 13, 11:59 p.m.
So its very unlikely that you are going to have again the beta price.6 -

Yes I'm asking if they will let me move up to 120MBPS at the Beta price if I ask. I'm trying to create a ticket for it but can't seem to figure out how anymore... I'm at 60MBPS at the beta price but was hoping they will let me move up to 120MBPS and be nice enough to give it to me at the Beta price of early on...5
