About international call?

Does it normal when I want to do international call as Colombia , before the call they said it's an exterior call?? Or if not do I need to do a specific code or special number before?? Thanks to help me. ( Yes I activated already the international call option and I pay for it)

    International calls with Fizz work the same as with other providers.

    Dial 011, followed by country code, area code & phone number.

    If you hear a recorded message, wait until the message finishes. You should be connected.

     

    Logon your Fizz account to confirm that you have the correct calling option or have sufficent funds in your wallet.
