not receiving mms. help??

my APN is correctly configured, i have data on my plan and i still cannot receive mms. it tries to download and fail.
it's been like that since i suscribed to fizz

Some phones won't download the MMS message when WiFi is connected. Try disabling WiFi temporarily and try the download forcing it to use your data connection instead.6

As other said:
1) Restart your phone
2) Put phone in airplane mode, wait 30 seconds, then turn airplane mode off
If that fails, contact Fizz. They will probably ask you to test your SIM card on another phone...3 -
MMS requires a cellular data plan. WiFi won't work.
At least this is the way it's been in my experience.2
