tariff plan change after stabilization period?
----
When you subscribed to Fizz during the stabilization period, you were informed that your plan was going to switch to regular prices once that period was over. Well, great news! To thank you for your patience and collaboration, you get to keep the price you are paying now for the mobile plan associated to ********* until early 2020. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

The question is before I joined regular price was shown for 1GB + Unlimited Calls Across Canada + voice mail = 26 CAD (without taxes)
When I select the same plan I see regular price for the same plan already 32 CAD (without taxes)
I had the same price with my previous provider it sounds a bit unfair and weird, as there was no any sense no switch to fizz

Remember the rollover, if you have a better price or service with a different provider you can always switch. But I will wait till the 2020 to see if they will adapt the price9

I joined before April 2019 and with the 1gb unlimited calls Canada I paid 26.44, during stabilization period price was 23.86. now it is showing regular price 32 cad. It is not such transparent.9

Price before stabilization period and now is different!!
That is confusing me, I changes provider for nothing.... a bit disappointed7 -
It was clearly stated https://fizz.ca/en/faq-stabilization-period that the price was temporary and there was a warning at activation step.7

Instead of using terms like stablization period, Fizz should have gone for a simpler and more accessible marketing like sign up before X date to keep Y price.7

I think there is a display issue with the mobile prices for some customers as they were seeing incorrect price displayed.
The price displayed for my mobile plan was higher this month. I contacted Fizz and was informed that it was a display issue. My plan just renewed and I was charged the right amount. So Fizz was correct.
Contact Fizz support if you feel that there is a problem.
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

It's definitely a display issue with your account. The e-mail you received clearly states you keep the stabilization prices until early 2020. Speak to customer service, they should be able to rectify it.6

There are different competitors out there.
You need to check out other discounted providers and make the best choice.0
