You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Great idea, once we have 5G, we can do what ever we want.
For now, you can use Facebook, WeChat, Whatapp, Telegram etc. instead.3 -
Others have asked for Visual Voicemail as well.
If there is enough demand for it, Fizz will make it a priority.
Well, if we need to modify our plan to have it, then our price will change accordingly.
