Activation - length of time?
I have started the activation of my SIM card on Thursday (switching from Videotron to Fizz). So they quickly deactivated my Videotron SIM card, but it's been few days but my Fizz SIM hasn't been activated yet. It's actually pretty frustrating to have no mobile network for couple of days. Has anyone experienced similar situation? Know anything to try? They just told me to wait. Thanks heaps.

I undestand your frustration, my activation took lest than 15 minutes and you need to contact the support to ask them the question again

You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Normally, it takes from some minutes to some hours. Rarely it takes days.7

It would not take so long, contact Fizz for more information.
In addition, contact your previous Videotron customer service for more information.

max 24hrs, usually only takes about 1~2hrs. You should absolutely contact Fizz support5

In my case, it took 1-2 hours. For my wife, it was more like 4-6 hours.
But it should not take as long, so contact Fizz Customer Support by chat or Facebook messenger.2 -
It is way too long of a delay something is wrong!

In my case if took less than half an hour. You follow the instructions to port your number over to Fizz when you activate it, then take out your old Sim and put in the new one and you're supposed to get a welcome text from Fizz soon after that.
