I have a similar problem my account does not show the right amount the support told me that it is a display problem
contact the support to be 100% sure that you have a similar problem

Si la bulle n'apparaît toujours pas, c'est que le nombre de sessions en attente est supérieur à notre capacité de traitement. À ce moment-là, laissez-nous un message sur Facebook Messenger ou en privé sur Twitter.

Because your new changes only take effect on October 8th.
Was your previous price $45? If so that is likely why you still see that price. If not then contact support.

I was paying 36$ last month, with the changes it should be 41$, but i guess i will wait for my bank to really know how much they charge me. Because over the past 5 months i was overcharged every month and had to ask for a refund every time.
I don't think the stabilization period should end, there is still alot to iron out.7 -

Did you recently add an upgrade to your account? Their system seems to be billing for new upgrades. If you speak to support, they will say it's a display issue, but several people have reported being charged the higher, "display error" amount, making it a billing error in my opinion.6

Display error. Wait next billing cycle to see if Fizz charge you right amount. You're not the only one and Fizz has to fix it.5

you should contact support on this issue. I have a similar problem, Fizz said was a display issue but when the billing comes, it also charge the wrong amount. My wronly charge issue still haven't resolved yet, still waiting for refund.5

Yes it's a display error followed by a billing error.4

Display issue, the correct price will be updated from the next billing cycle.3

Try to simulate another plan modification by clicking My plans -> Manage plan -> Adjust plan -> Change plan. You should see the correct price in the bottom of the screen.
Also contact support to inform them of this issue. They should confirm that it is a display issue.
In any case check if your bill is correct the next billing cycle. If there is a mistake, contact the support for reimbursement.4 -
I hope they will fix it. I will really hate having to go through the hassle having to ask for a refund after every billing cycle.3

Wait for the end of your billing period. If it's still wrong, contact Fizz on Facebook.1

The correct amount should be billed to you in due time. Contact Fizz if problem persists(only if it's actually more expensive or else enjoy the cheaper price)2

I had a similar issue with the price displayed for my mobile plan.
I contacted Fizz and was told that it was display issue.
Sure enough at my next renewal, I was charged the correct (same) price and the price displayed on my plan is now correct as well.
Is it possible in your case, that the price includes any discounts/upgrades you applied?
I mean something like 41.86$ plan - 2$ discount
= 39.86$ + taxes
= 45.83$

If your case is similar to mine, you should have been charged the correct amount at your renewal which you stated as 41.86$ plus taxes. After your renewal, the prices displayed.shown on your account should be correct as well.
