can't load account page

Hi,
is anyone else having trouble loading their account page?
Like I can't load anything except for the page with the meter indicating my data usage! Like if i click on my plan, my profile or see usage, the page shows it is loading but doesn't actually show anything...

Try turning off any pop up or ad blockers you have on your browser. Another thing to try is a different browser. Chrome allows me to see my data usage, but Firefox does not.8

Thanks for the advice, I tried turning off ad blocker and using a different browser, I even tried loading the page on my phone with data (to rule out the factor that maybe my wifi is bad). Account still not loading8 -

Can you give us more details.....so we can try to troubleshoot? Is the page turning, is it blanc, is it partially loading...etc.

I know what you mean - the wheel keeps turning over and over when you click the daily usage link? I have the same issue today. Was working fine on the weekend. I suppose Fizz is aware and working on something...8

I get that often as well, but normally by click on the little person icon at the top right of the page, it kicks it into gear and the page loads. It's odd but it's been consistently working for me like this in Chrome.6

I had this problem on my mobile phone. Try on a regular browser and see if that helps.6

if I click on 'my plan' or 'see usage', all i see is the lightening sign and a circle that goes round and round, and never actually loads anything! (Pic1)
In addition, when I click on 'my plan', it asks me to sign in again, which is normal, but then I get stuck with the log-in window after I click 'log in' (pic 2)
I have tried safari and chrome, as well as with phone. None of them worked5 -
Hi im trying to finish my activation step 4/6 and it keeps "loading" when I choose my new number. Been loading for 45min doesnt seems to be going anywhere, can you help?0
