tried the chat once it show me the window and once it tells me that your browser is not compatible, and I dont want to go through the facebook because ,my facebook is private and dont want to have fizz access to my personal information, I am looking for a way to claim because it has been a week I am with them and till now I am not able to reach someone, it is completely disrespect11

Try with another browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.
If needed, you may clear browser cache first and you can try in private/incognito mode.

You need to contact Fizz customer service and they will create a ticket if the siuation warrants it.

- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

When you go on the contact us you need to a specific page in order to have the bubble chat icon9

Try the chat in the solution hub at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, there is facebook or messenger.11

Look in the right corner of your browser as shown on the picture.
Be sure to be logged into your Fizz account.

The chat bubble is supposed to appear in the lower right-hand corner as you can see. It's a matter of a few seconds.
Be sure that you're within the business hours of their Customer Service team, or else the chat bubble won’t appear.
Deactivate any ad blocker you may have installed in your browser. Turn it OFF. It's very important.12 -
The chat bubble appears when you are logged in and in the Help section of Fizz webpage - and during their opening hours. Make sure ad-blockers are off.7

If the chat bubble has pb, try Facebook messager, the easiest way!

I used Facebook messenger. It's great, no need to wait on the phone. Just be sure to put all the details in the message to reduce the back and forth.4

The online chat has always been quicker than Facebook Chat for me. Generally you are waiting in line for a couple of people, however it doesn't take too long.5
