I'm considering the Internet plans since they're cheaper than other companies, but is it reliable? Since I work at home on the computer, I need a reliable internet provider. Have you had any issues, like losing connection or slow speed?

The big concerning that I am reading is the wifi of the router that it is not strong enough if you need to cover a big house or brick walls.
If you have already a provider you can also overlap them for a week or two in order to test the service.6 -
If you need a referral code, this is mine 5JATM. You will receive 25$ after 2 months, no bad.
ps: The referral is valid when you create your plan.

For me, the mobility plan I have is reliable and it should be the same for an residential home.6

It works fine for me for the last 5 months. I got 2 down times : 1 time for 1 hour and the other one occured sometimes during the night I had to restart my modem in the morning .
The speed is good at all time.
.
You can test it first (keep your current service provider during your test ) for a few weeks and take a decision.6 -
I would totally recommend Fizz Home Internet. I have been using it for 6 months. No issues for me.
Keep in mind that no connection is 100% reliable. You should have a backup in case you ever need it. It can be hotspot from your phone, nearby wifi, etc.

For me it has been reliable, I'm very happy with the service, my monthly bill is cheaper than it was with Bell or Videotron. In addition I earned a few 25$ bonus with referral so I have a few months free, which is great!
If you subscribe you can pick a Fizz code here!

If you are already customer with the mobile, you can add the internet to your account, but you can also create a separate account and use your own referral code so you get 2 x 25$7

Since you work at home you need to take this into account : Fizz payment system . Fizz charges your credit card on the first day of your cycle. If something goes wrong with the payment (either by you or Fizz bugs) it will cut your service immediately .
.
Other provider charges your credit card 10 or 15 days ahead so you can have time to deal with any issues related to payment.

Never had a problem with cable internet in Montreal. Fizz is no exception and cheaper than most other companies. Plus free installation.6

I have Fizz internet since January. Had to disconnect the modem once due to an issue. The internet works fine and very affordable (even more affordable when you apply the bonus discounts - now you can have up to 7$ discount), no complaints.5
