on my Upgrades just appears 250mb, 250mb, 500mb & 500mb
I can use only one of them or .....?

It depends on how many slots you have. Everyone starts with 1 slot and max is 3 slots per plan.
To use an upgrade, you have to move it to an open slot. During your next renewal, your in-use upgrades will be activated.
