How long since you subscribed to Fizz? Is it a new number or did you port over an old number? Are you able to receive phone calls?
.
Sometimes porting over a number can take a few hours or so. Fizz will send you a text when the porting is complete. If this doesn't happen within a few hours, reach out to their customer service to look into what has gone wrong with the port/activation of a new number.6 -
It is wierd usually incoming text message are free so even if it is not in your plan you such receive them. Is your connection working? Is everything else is working? It might be because of the stabilisation period.
You could check with customer service by chat by login to your account and got down the community hub page. You can also contact them by facebook or messenger.6 -
Check your account to make sure your plan is active.
Restart your phone.
If you're a new customer and you ported over your number, you have to wait for it to complete.
If problem persists, you should chat with Fizz support.
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
