When did you activate your account?
Did you wait 8 hrs, for the MMS once there was a problem of 6 hr delay13 -
The account is activated from january.
This is not only the MMS, even SMS does not work with Bell.
This is working with other providers.
I can receive SMS from bell but they wont see mine.12 -
Your account could be glitched. You should chat with Fizz support.
The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
- You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
- You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

I always had double msg issue. I always got double msgs before. but one day, it is just okay8

That's a weird problem. I can't imagine this is happening to everyone, or there'd be a lot more complaints about it on the forums (for good reason!). Has this always happened or is this a recent problem? Either way, I recommend contacting Fizz customer service to see if their technical team can solve the problem.7

Maybe not only Bell. Maybe Telus too my family have the same problem.5

I had the same isssue when I first join and the way to fix it was to change the prefered mobile network mode from LTE to GSM/WCDMA. For some reason my phone wouldn't send SMS on LTE.5

sometime you got the msg after a while, not instantly.3

I am waiting to be able to speak with Fizz during working hours.
I know that 2 more customers on Fizz cant send SMS to that customer. Trying to find someone else on Bell to make a test.
Bell user was using an Iphone, so we were using iMessage without any trouble, he switched to Android, and now he wont receive SMS from everyone that he knows are with Fizz.
Will let you know.3 -
Hello, David!
Thank you for having presented your situation here.
In case you're using an iPhone, in order to be able to send your SMS without using the internet connection (usually wi-fi), you have to make some modifications into your phone's parameters.
Being given your situation, I've made some researches and found the manipulations you have to follow on your phone in order to be able to correctly send SMS: https://www.imore.com/how-to-disable-deactivate-imessage-iphone-ipad .
Please let me know if it helped and don't hesitate to contact us privately: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us if you need further assistance on this matter.
Have a wonderful day!
