The number of months you've been with Fizz. You get badges at 1 month, 6 months, 12 months and 2 years. They add points to your total so that you can get more rewards. The higher the badge, the more points you get.9

There are four of them: 1 month, 6 months, 12 months and 2 years being with Fizz.
There was a bug in the system, therefore those badges haven't been activated on time. Now it looks like it is resolved since the badges were activated.10 -
Yes it looks like Fizz is fixing the dinosaur badges. I actually received the 6 month dinosaur badge today, after getting the 1 month badge yesterday.
Click on any of the badges. You'll see the description and if applicable, the date you earned it.

Honestly, they are only usefull for the points/levels.7 -
