Why you don't apply the changes that i adjust my plans every month,?

My plan does not change for third time?! From first day that i've got this sim card i need to change my coverage from quebec to canada but although i adjuste my plan every month it does not aplly and fizz charge me wrongly as my first plan cost.what can i do?!

    Same happened to me.ImCustomer Service said: because of stabilization period and always I can buy adds(23 $ for 1 Gb in States)

    Did you contact Customer Service?
    Maybe you should ask for a little compensation, some free minutes to Canada or free data.
