Yes if you subscribed before April 12 2019, you will keep the introductory price.
You can read full FIZZ disclosure here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq-stabilization-period
@gswin: to be read, since people enrolled before the 12 they will have the launch price (special price)
If your plan was activated before April 12, it will return to its launch (introductory) price once the stabilization period is over. Please note, however, that if you change your plan after the stabilization period, regular prices will apply. You will be notified of the end of the stabilization period one month in advance.
Your plan was activated on or after April 12? Once the stabilization period is over, regular prices will come into effect and will therefore apply to your plan. You’ll be happily surprised by these once the stabilization period has come to an end. You will be notified of the end of the stabilization period one month in advance.
Everyone should be getting the stabilization price during this current period.
If you signup now, you will also get the stabilization price.
It's one month after the stabilization period ends, is when everyone will see their price change.
Fizz has stated at that point, your price then will depend on whether you subscribed before or after April 12 2019.
Just to confirm to you.
I did change my plan recently and I continue to have the stabilization price.
@Mike: Fizz already says in the FAQ that I (We) will get the launch price at the end of the stabilization period.
If this isn't true, a lot of people in the Fizz community will be upset.
@Mike, it's right here. Look at the last column on the right.
And for customers who subscribed ON or AFTER April 12 2019, they return to regular prices.
Lol if we are saying the same thing, then there is no problem that I know of.
