Do I need any prerequisite, such as a document certifying I live in Quebec?

I am new in Quebec, and other companies told me I should have a special document to get any plan. Is this the same for Fizz?

Not onlya credit card with the same address of your account (in the coverage area)
If you need a referral code this is mine K61CD, to be inserted when you are creating your plan, where the total with the taxes is shown.

You wont need any specific document however you do need to have an address in Qc that is linked with your banking. Other service providers may be asking you to manually prove residency but I believe FIZZ takes that for granted if you have a Quebec based bank account with credit card attached to it.

The only payment methods accepted are:
You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card, or a Visa Debit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted. Foreign credit cards are also not accepted.4 -
Also Ottawa. If your credit card is tied to an address in the Ottawa coverage region you can use that to sign up.
