Hi, I plan to purchase two sim cards, but system always response "There has been an error. Please try again. RESERVATION_CODE".
My situation is, right now I am living 50-50 in Montreal and Toronto.
I have tried to set home address in 3 difference addresses, one in Toronto, one in my owned condo in Montreal, one in my friend house in Montreal. Right now the credit card I have, its billing address is in Toronto. I am wondering it might be the reason? My question is "Home address" equal to "Billing address"? If YES, it is dead end. Because I don't have credit card with Quebec address.

Your guess is right. Your billing address (=home address) has to be the same as the address which is associated with the credit card, and it has to be in the subscription zone (currently Quebec and Ottawa).
Moreover, if you live 50-50 in Montreal and Toronto, you cannot subscribe to Fizz because you are going to be on partners networks while in Ontario, and your account might be suspended after 3 months.6
