Maximum number of accounts reached for the address that I put?

Yesterday I tried to order my sim to my address but the system shows the following message You exceed the Maximum number of accounts reached for the address. In my house all my family have Fizz, so is it possible that someone could help me to order my sim? And avoid said message.

    Yesterday, an other person report, the same thing, it seems that the limit was 4 for him.

    I only try 2 it works but i don’t know the maximum
