Why my LTE/4G works but not my messages or calls ?

Which phone are you using? Have you checked that it is compatible with Fizz network

Have you tried connecting to 3G network instead of LTE?
Have you checked your Fizz account? Does the plan you have now include calls and texting?
If account checks out okay, have you tried rebooting phone?

Yes my phone is compatible ( Samsung galaxy s9 ), and yes my plan includes unlimited texts and messages and 10 GO of internet. I did reboot, open and put my sim card back, but still my messages and texts doesn't work..5

If you just activate your sim then it may take a while until all services are available2

Even though your phone is compatiable, have you tried testing your SIM card on another phone?
If problem persists, you should contact Fizz support.
