Does Fizz work well in Toronto?

I will be studying in Toronto in September for university and I just switched Fizz, I wonder if Fizz works just fine in Toronto (same perfomance as here in Quebec) or I should consider switching to other company in Ontario. (My plan covers Canada wide)

Fizz should work well in Toronto. However, you cannot use partners networks (which Fizz uses outside Quebec) for more than 50% time during three consecutive months. Fizz might suspend your account.

In order to subscribe to Fizz mobile, you must live within the subscription area (Quebec or Greater Ottawa area). This also means the service must be used primarily within the subscription area. It is not recommended to use Fizz while you are studying in Toronto for so many months as Fizz may block or terminate your service.
