I restarted My phone and turned the airplane mode on and off, but My phone still cannot access data. When will I get the service back?

    Very likely this is related to Fizz maintenance. Also Fizz is still in a stabilization period (https://fizz.ca/en/faq-stabilization-period) .

    What can I expect during the stabilization period?
    Expect a few technical hiccups. Other outages are also a possibility.
    Examples of potential technical issues:
    Interrupted connection for unknown periods of time.
    Intermittent or slow service.
    A few missed texts or dropped calls.
    Connection to the 3G/4G/HSPA+ network rather than the LTE network.

    The maintenance is supposed to be completed yesterday.
    If your service was out for 3 days then I suggest that you contact Fizz.
    You can initiate a chat session with Fizz by opening a help page ( example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ). You'll see a buble chat in 15 seconds or so at the bottom right.

    I'm in the west island of Montreal and data works fine.
