Why is there still no option to add on Calls for travel?

Perhaps this will be looked at after the mobile stabilization period.

The only destination that has calls in the travel add-ons or pay as you go is the United States at the moment. I have seen in the forums that some people have had some success with calling anyway, but it varied by location.2
