Important: a systems maintenance is scheduled from July 28 to July 31

Last April, we announced a stabilisation period for our mobile services, and the upcoming systems maintenance is a step in that process. Please note the following important dates:

 

  • Some features in your Fizz account will be temporarily unavailable from July 28 to July 31.

 

  • If you need to make a change to one of your plans (mobile or Internet) or buy an Add-on, make sure to do so before July 28 or after July 31.

 


  • To our mobile service members: sporadic interruptions of your mobile services (calls, texts and data) may occur on July 31st.
