Anybody else was double charged ( both credit card and referral bonus) ?

Checked my transaction . I was double charged last month , both my credit card and my referral bonus. Also referral deduction has identical charge amount twice in different line. Since I don't have access on my referral amount amount, does this mean I was triple charge?
I opened a ticket in Fizz contact form, but I will not hold my breath on it . Was told by friends these Fizz support are simply worse than useless.

    There was a problem on my last invoice, I contact them by chat and they refund me in couple of minutes

    All your referral bonuses are listed under My profile => Referral bonuses. Also each time you get a bonus you receive an email or an sms depending on your communication settings.

    @peterpan, as soon as you have a billing problem, it's better to contact Fizz support. Personnaly, I didn't have any billing problem so far, and twice my referal worked fine.
