I received a SIM card in December. When I try to activate it through the website I get the message "The code you entered has already been assigned to a member.". What do I do ?

Probably you exchanged the letter L for a 1, zero for an O or vice versa. Double check the characters.

If you need a referral code in order to have 25$, here mine K61CD, to be entered when the taxes are shown.

No L, 0 or O in the activation code. This is not the problem.

Contact support. They will ask you for the activation code and the sim number that you can find on the sim. It took .5 for them to unlock the activation code. Good luck.

Is it possible the SIM card was activated by someone?

Try putting the SIM in your phone? Does it have service?

If no service, then you can contact Fizz support to fix the issue.

Note that Fizz SIM card be reused but only if it has been out of service last month or earlier.

Since you ordered your sim seven months ago, Fizz might have made a mistake by attributing your activation code to another card.
Anyways you should contact the support to sort it out.
