Topping up my phone?

Is it possible to top up my phone before the end of the usage period or can I only do this once a month has passed. Having a really hard time finding any info on this

    You can buy an add-on. It will become effective immediately. Go to My plans => Manage => Add-on.

    Your credit card will be charged the next month's fees the day before your start date anniversary. There's no "topping up" ahead of time. Don't put money in your Fizz wallet--this will not be used to pay your monthly fees.
