International calls ?

I payed for International calls and when I check my bank account fizz took the money and when I tried to make the call it says my plan does not allow me to make the call.

Did you verify on the transaction history, to be sure that is there? Or in you plan at the top you will see all the services enabled.
Did you block the international call from you profile?
my plan-> Manage plan ->Advanced Parameters -> No international calls4 -
Did you check the settings of your phone? Maybe international calls are disabled?
