like many people here suggested, verify 1st your APN setting and double check if your phone is compatible with Fizz. You can use this site below to verify if your phone is compatible, check if your your phone is compatible with Videotron:

As I have checked your account I see that you bought 2 Add-ons. The purchase is not completed and I have escalated the issue to our technical team. They will activate them as soon as possible. When they are done we will let you know via e-mail.
