apply perk?

I have 3 active plans all with data, I show the 500mb perk but when I click on it it is says this
"Sorry, you do not have a Fizz Plan. First you should activate your plan for using your Perk. "
Anyone ever see this, my guess is I will be contacting support!

I think it might be a bug, try to contact Fizz to solve it.

Does your plan include data in it? You won't be able to apply a data perk if your plan doesn't include at least a minimum of data first.11

First you can try clearing your cache, closing browser and retry with incognito mode.
You are not required to have data plan to apply a data perk.

So after getting in contact with them I am never going to be able to use perks or upgrades. I have the online account and the three active sims, each of my kids has an login assigned to view usage etc because of this I technically have no plan and even though I pay all three and each are billed separate the perks come to me and can never be used or gifted. The way they do it makes really no sense if this is really the case11
