Deleting my account?

Had lots of trouble so decided not to use Fizz, how do I now delete my account and any info on it?

maybe try contacting them first to cancel you plan ?8

You can unsubscribe or transfert your number the account will be deleted after 3 months

I have unsubscribed and never actually had anything installed/activated. I ordered sim cards, but never used them. I just want my profile deleted and to get my credit card info off of it. I can't delete my credit card number from the account because it says it is active. But i also cant seem to get a hold of anyone at fizz to cancel?9

Thanks Mike, I appreciate the image. Unfortunately no chat box appears for me. I took off any protection that might block it. I did reach out to them on facebook, but so far have not received anything other than a generic response that they will get to my message.8

you have to unsubscribe to your services, then your account will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity.9

Just login , put your name, address as John Doe . And put a prepaid credit card, remove old credit card.7

It seems in the my plan--unsubscribe. I missclicked once, then they chatted to me all of a sudden...3 -
well, be careful.
They told me that if I unsubscribed they will simply delete my account after 3 months. Bullshit. They are still charging my credit card even if I have no active plan, and I cannot get anyone to answer me.2
