So with no phone support, what happens when your Internet is down?

I understand why there's no phone support, it allows cheaper prices, but if your Internet is down, how can you reach this community hub? Not everyone has mobile Internet and if they do, why should they sacrifice their limited monthly download consumption for something that probably has nothing to do with them? I don't think Videotron has thought this through carefully.

Fizz is positioning itself as a self serve/self help kind of provider. In this day and age, most people have a secondary access point for internet wether it be through mobile, work, public access, friends etc...

If the customer doesn't have an immediate way to get on the internet, they should be prepared to find alternate ways or find another provider more suited to their needs.
