Why don't I have service?

It has been about 4 hours since I purchased my plan. I still don't have service. I received an email saying that my number is online. (I transferred my number from Telus). I tried to restart my phone many times with no success. Please help me...

On our end your transfer is confirmed and everything is active. Have you checked if your phone is unlocked?

I would check your phone settings:

If you still experience issues after checking that and rebooting your phone, I would contact Fizz through chat.

Try the SIM on a known unlocked compatible phone.3

My phone is unlocked. This happens when I try to send the notification again. The same thing happens when I try to change my voicemail pin.3
