How can I contact someone who can fix my issue blocking me from adding a payment method?
Now, the payment method didn't go through, so I deleted the card, rechecked all the info, and put that in. Now, again, with no cards, I was told I had reached the max. So I went to support again figuring they could reset it again.
Big fat nope, apparently the max number of cards (which doesn't even function that way, it's more like "max number of payment info input tokens") can only be reset once.
So what now? I'm literally lost with how ridiculous this system is. You think it'd be easier for me to give them money.

You will need to contact Fizz support to reset your account limit.
When entering CC info, follow this info from Fizz:
What payment methods can I use?
You can use Credit Card Visa or Mastercard, or Visa Debit to pay for your Fizz plan(s).
Other cards such as Debit Card, American Express (Amex), Dinners... are not accepted as payment methods.
The address and postal code that you associate with your credit card must be the same as the one you declare to your bank, otherwise payment method will be rejected.
If a message informing you that you have reached the maximum number of attempts pops up, you'll have to contact our Customer Service team to clear things up: log into your Fizz account and simply click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner during Fizz business hours.

@Fizzy, I'm waiting on help but I'm trying to get help sooner than "we don't even have a timeframe for you" (CS sent for help).
As I said, I was told that CS couldn't do anything because apparently they can't reset the account limit more than the one time they already did it. If that's not the case, then CS lied to me.6 -
Oh boy, that's quite the dilemma. When you are without service and want to pay, but they cannot accept your payment.
I think you have 2 options:
- Wait for their reply. Contact Fizz Support again to stress the urgency if needed.
- Open a new account and close the existing one. This is a viable option if you don't have anything to lose on your old account. And if you activated after April 12, you can sign-up for the same plan today.

Sadly I guess I'll have to wait, I still haven't heard anything...a day and a half to solve a simple billing issue like this that any other company would have over in under an hour... This is ridiculous.
I got the introductory prices for home internet, so I can't cancel my account and restart, I'd be paying double what I pay now. Worst part is I'm unemployed and this is hampering my efforts for job searching.5 -
