Sim Not delivered?

Hi My SIM is not delivery. Courier say they already left at door. Can't find it.. Can you please help.
And is there any way to contact Fizz call or chat? That would be easier. Thanks

    You can chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( exemple https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ). You'll see a buble chat at the bottom right in about 15 seconds or so.

    You're must be logged into your Fizz account.
    You're must be active on a help page. https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
    You're within the business hours:
    Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST),
    Weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    (EST).
    You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
    If the chat bubble does not appear
    this means that the number of sessions waiting for answers surpasses the processing capacity.
    If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

    I have the same problem. I received an email yesterday that my sim card has been delivered. However, I didn't !!
    I meant to chat with them, however, I couldn't open chat box! I logged into my account. But, I didn't get what " be active on a help page" means?

    @Fatemeh, it means login your Fizz account and go to any one of the Fizz help pages

    I did that 3 hours ago. But, the chat bubble didn't appear! I didn't receive my card! I need sim card very soon. It's an emergency! please respond by email what should I do!

    Fizz support is closed now. You can try again tomorrow.
