I have a Obi202 and it is working well. It is plugged directly into the modem

So that we can help you out better, you'll need to provide us with a bit more information, like the provider, the model of the phone. Most configurations for VoIP phones are done by contacting you phone provider, not your internet service provider unless you are running the phones on a VLAN.5

Put modem to o bridge mode, use old wifi router. This will fix problem.3

Hi, the modem of Fizz is Hitron Coda 4680, my phone is VTech Tech 6.0. My phone service is a website Voip.ms

Disable SIP ALG on your Coda to see if it helps.
Connect to your Coda , goto Gateway function4 -

Dominic, this is something that I am trying to do for a long time, but I have never suceeded. The famous chat bubble doesn't appear on my screen, neither on these of my daughter or husband. Honestly, all my problems with Fizz are still not resolved and it is really annoying that there is no one to contact when you have technical problems.1
