IP phone not working

Hi, we have an IP phone at home. It stopped working when we changed our home internet provider to Fizz. Does anybody know what can we do so that the IP phone to work? Is their modem compatible with an IP phone service? Thanks.

    Put modem to o bridge mode, use old wifi router. This will fix problem.

    Hi, the modem of Fizz is Hitron Coda 4680, my phone is VTech Tech 6.0. My phone service is a website Voip.ms

    Disable SIP ALG on your Coda to see if it helps.
    Connect to your Coda , goto Gateway function

    Dominic, this is something that I am trying to do for a long time, but I have never suceeded. The famous chat bubble doesn't appear on my screen, neither on these of my daughter or husband. Honestly, all my problems with Fizz are still not resolved and it is really annoying that there is no one to contact when you have technical problems.
