Hello, my home address has Videotron internet available. But when I would like to join a Fizz home internet plan, after inputing my address, I was told Fizz is not available for my address. Would you please check the availability? Thank you!

Hi Catalin, thank you for your answer. I already contacted Fizz on Messenger this Monday and have sent over a screenshot. I was told to wait a bit for further information as your team has been working on it.

Thank you Mike for your suggestion! Actually when entering the address, the postal code appears also in the address line that can be selected. Now waiting for Fizz to check the availability.
