    Hello Phil,
I am really sad to hear that you want to leave us. On the following link you will find all the info about how you can unsubscribe from Fizz: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe.

Like Whizz said, you will find unsubscribe info here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe.

To be sure you don't receive unexpected charges, you can also remove your credit card info from your account.

This is teh frustrating part, if you have no service and your account isn't active you can't cancel. The only way to cancel is to unsubscribe from your account page. If you don't see the option on your account to unsubscribe, then you are stuck until your account is active.

If you can't get help from support then you will have to contact the CCTS like I did and someone there will ensure you refund you for your costs and help you to resolve the issue if Fizz fails to be able to unsubscribe your account.

    CHAT

Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, and make sure you are logged in. Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

    FACEBOOK

You can also send a message via facebook messenger

https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message

    CONTACT FORM

You can also fill a contact form from you account webpage.

Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form and fill out the form and someone wil email you back us

If you still can't get help you would have to file a complaint with the CCTS to persue a resolution.

    Hey @Ryan,
Thank you for providing your support in helping out @Phil. Just to add some clarity if I may -Phil's situation is that he would like to know how to unsubscribe, so posting a message of how to contact us or a link to file a complaint with CCTS is not really helpful in this type of situation. In you reply try to stick on point like @Takion + @Mike are doing to drive home a solution that would benefit the OP.
    Thanks,
    Jay

Thank you all for your replies and attempts to assist me. I eventually managed to get myself unsubscribed.
For the information of those who asked, my issue had to do with not being able to get decent customer service to be able to get up and running with a new SIM in a new phone after I lost my original phone. Fizz sent me a new SIM, and I went on chat to be sure I installed and activated correctly, and was told all was ok. About six hours later I still could not message and after another chat session it was discovered that the tech dept hadn't properly activated things.
This was my second new SIM and I had been without service for more than a week waiting for SIM deliveries and also hours waiting in line to chat with a customer rep to assist me. At that point I decided I had had enough and went out and signed up with another carrier and was up and running in a matter of hours.
I did ask for a refund of my fees as I had not had service or used service and was told no, it was not their fault!!!. So i really did appreciate the reply that told me where to file a complaint as I believe I should be refunded for services I didn't have and didn't use.
Contrary to the comments from the Fizz rep who asked that replies stick to the issue I raised about unsubscribing, I found the advice about filing a compliant very appropriate.

You did not get the service, therefore, you should at least be reimbursed.
