Must dial twice to make a call?

Anybody else experiencing this?
Calling friends, business, etc. Most of the time, must redial the same number cuz fizz was not able find a line the first time or something.
Or having a voice mail but no miss call?

    Did you restart the phone? It fixed some issues I had.

    What can I expect during the stabilization period? 

     

    Expect a few technical hiccups. Other outages are also a possibility.

     
    Examples of potential technical issues:
    • Interrupted connection for unknown periods of time. 
    • Intermittent or slow service.
    • A few missed texts or dropped calls.
    • Connection to the 3G/4G/HSPA+ network rather than the LTE network.
     
    A few known issues currently being worked on:
    • Text messages (SMS) sent by certain companies, such as Microsoft and Google to name a few, are not received.
    • Certain devices connected to a Wi-Fi network are not able to send or receive multimedia messages (MMS). 
    • Some services do not work optimally when roaming internationally (outside the U.S.A., varies according to the destination).

    I had some similar issues yesterday as well...including calls not going through...hope it doesn't get worse.

    Issues like this aren't uncommon with Fizz, this is the reason why they are offering such cheap rates while they attempt to iron out their issues. There is likely nothing you can really do other than just be patient. Within the next few months they should hopefully resolve these issues or a lot of users will just go to another provider.
