It will be 30% from regular price, but you paid already 20% from regular price if you have activated your account before the 12.
If you renew it after the 12 you will have the 10% off.11 -

When was your last renewal date?
As per Fizz FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq-stabilization-period
"The stabilization period prices will come into effect at your next payment cycle starting on, or after, April 12, 2019. Our current members will receive, after that date, an email outlining the new price of their mobile plan."
