Can I change when my payment cycle happens?

If my payment cycle is set for the 27th of each month, but I want it to be the first, is there a way to change it?

  Fizz has said it cannot be changed.

  The payment cycle starts when you activate and renewals on the same day each month.

  Indeed you can't. You can try by contacting fizz costumer service and ask them for further question about payment cycle.
