Why I can,t call somebody if I pay from Roaming plan into Europe?
How he work this app. into Fizz company.
In Europe if you pay from roaming you are like a client. You have access to voice data and SMS without limits from voice or SMS. From data you hove some restriction of the traffic.

At the moment call are not available in Europe (or outside Canada or USA) if you bought an add-on it’s for data only. You should use a VoIP app on your phone in order to make calls when you travel. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-travelling-outside-my-coverage-zone-what-are-my-roaming-options3

Do you know that if you buy a SIM in Europe you can use it in all community countries? And they are not expensive.6

it's probably best to just buy a sim when you arrive, you will get better rates then buying addons and trying to use your plan in Europe2
