i had problems setting up my credit card on my account but with fizz tech support we got it resolved. i could then order a sim card and did so, and paid only for one, but in the mail i got two packages addressed to me with each a sim card and activation code. what should i do with the extra sim card?

You should contact the support. If they tell you to keep it, you can donate to someone5

Just contact them and ask them what to do with it.6

You should contact fizz by chat or Facebook messenger6

I mean at this point you can contact Fizz, but I have high doubts that they will either make you pay for it or want it back, to be honest, it would cost them more to ship it back, just accept it as a freebie spare.4

I joined fizz few weeks ago and received my SIM card fast. However, they sent me a second one few days later... Never use it nor activate this second SIM card. I think I may be charged twice if I do activate it.. So i ignore it
It is surely a glitch from their new system...ignore it.5 -
Don’t waste your time, you didn’t pay for it and they can’t charge you for something you didn’t order, just keep it for sometime just in case you have to return it, Fizz support is so bad that I don’t think they care if there’s is missing one SIM card6

Keep it. They deliberated send two sims because they frequently stop working
I am pulling your leg. Give it to charity.3 -
That is easy. You got a free sim card. You can do whatever you want with the extra sim card.6

Hello Simon ,
I suggest you to give the SIM card to one of your friends.
Have a nice day!
