How to cancel or unsubscribe my account ?

I am seeing only these options in my account, i don't see unsubscribe. what to do and how to cancel ?

Adjust plan
Unblock SIM card
Change home address
Payment method
Services agreement

    You need to contact Fizz as you don't have all the options available

    To chat with the support, make sure that:

    • You're logged into your Fizz account.
    • You're active on a help page. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

    • You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
