However, this is my understanding. Needs to be clarified by Fizz.

Now, I guess even Fizz themselves is in a mess, nobody can clarify.6

I do agree it was worded wrongly. People who pay for introductory prices right now will receive another 10% discount on top of the 20%(introductory). After the period of 3 months, they will then go back to introductory prices. Nothing to worry about, you'll keep the introductory pricing unless you change your plan.7
-
Somebody ask the question to the support and they say that everybody will lose the intro prices (see the screen capture of Elie Fortin in English on this page https://communaute.fizz.ca/questions/1943649-avis-important-lire)5

No after july they switch to regular price not intro price. They lied to us6

This is not the right time for prepaid telecom carriers to be raising prices. Freedom Mobile just announced lower priced plans. Lucky Mobile, Chatr and Public Mobile have been lowering their prices as well.
If Fizz discontinues Introductory pricing after the stabilization period, unfortunately there won't be many customers who will stay with Fizz.

I trust Fizz based on my experience with them: I got refunds immediately when I gave them the screenshot; they’re working hard during those two outages; they gave us 2Gb for the first outage; now they provide 10% discount... what is that mean? It means they are serious. I trust them will keep their promises. Yes, some rep said the introduction price will end, but it just rep says. Maybe the rep didn’t understand well; or when Fizz didn’t realize these when they made decisions. Fizz should clarify tomorrow. If they real remove the introduction price on July, I will say bye to Fizz with my 5 numbers. Until now, I trust Fizz.2

That's what I'm hoping for since it's what we've been promised.
But based on experience and their lack of customer support, the only way to get through to someone who actually knows something is to file a complaint with the regulatory bodies4 -
What will happen is they will increase the price?
A competitor will see the opportunity to have thousands of new customers in a couple of days.6 -
Nobody know's, not even Fizz, or at least they did not communicate it well... that is, if they know...7

What will happen to my price after the stabilization period?
For members who will have subscribed BEFORE April 12, 2019.
Once the stabilization period is over, your plan will return to its launch (introductory) price. Please note, however, that if you change your plan after the stabilization period, regular prices will apply. You will be notified of the end of the stabilization period one month in advance.
For members who subscribe ON, OR AFTER, April 12, 2019.
Once the stabilization period is over, regular prices will come into effect and will therefore apply to your plan. You’ll be happily surprised by these once the stabilization period has come to an end. You will be notified of the end of the stabilization period one month in advance.
