No answer on their facebook page?

I am trying to get support from their facebook page, nobody gets back to me?
Is there any support for this service or just a community of people?
I get my calls dropped on almost every call that last more than 2 minutes and can't seem to find a proper fix?

    For me the best option is the chat

     

    To chat with the support, make sure that:

    • You're logged into your Fizz account.
    • You're active on a help page. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues

    • You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
    • You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

    If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

    I'm also experiencing difficulty contacting fizz for customer service. I've read that there's supposed to be a chat bubble at the bottom of the solution hub page but I've yet to see it and haven't heard back from facebook either. I haven't been able to use data for the past week and I'm trying to get it resolved.

    They will only answer once per day on Facebook.
