Totally dosappointed with Fizz?
Really disappointed with Fizz services. Is it down again . It says no internet service. Although no message on website. Will go back to my original service provider though it is bit expensive but service was reliable. No customer service. On top of that fizz website has no reviews or rating.

Service is working, you might just need to restart your phone or check your APN settings just follow this link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn7

Working fine for me. You still can chat with Fizz to try to see your issue fixed. If you chosed to go back with your previous provider, so good luck. We are in a community of customers like you here and it will not change my mind.1

It seems that there has not been any wide-spread issue on the network.2 -
My service has been excellent since yesterday afternoon. As other said:
1) Turn airplane mode on, wait 1 min, then turn back off
2) Restart your phone
3) Contact Fizz via chat or Facebook messenger2 -
